I am pleased to announce that CRE Partners is now a part of
Realcomm! Effective October 15, 2005, I have joined the
Realcomm team as Managing Partner, Professional Development and
Strategic Services. This new partnership combines the two
companies under the Realcomm brand and allows us to expand our
business offerings to include more educational events and
consulting resources for the commercial real estate industry.
Over the next few months, CRE Partners will be integrating our
local seminars, newsletters, and other strategic services into
Realcomm!

REALCOMM AND CRE PARTNERS JOIN FORCES
CRE
Partners and Realcomm have entered into a new partnership
agreement that will incorporate CRE Partners and its business
offerings into Realcomm. This merger will expand the customer
base of both companies and extend the service offerings to reach a
much broader base of Commercial Real Estate professionals. As
part of the agreement, Darlene Pope will join Realcomm as Managing
Partner, Professional Development and Strategic Services, and will
oversee local seminars, strategic consulting services, and other
business development activities.
We have been working with CRE Partners informally for the last 4
years and felt it was time to integrate our companies, says Jim
Young, Co-Founder and Producer of Realcomm. Both firms are
firmly planted at the intersection of Commercial Real Estate and
Technology and the combined resources should enhance our ability
to provide thought leadership on the topic.
CRE Partners seminar series for 2006 will now be offered in its
entirety under the Realcomm brand. In addition, Realcomm will be
adding new local seminars, web-based presentations, video lectures
and other timely educational events to its Professional
Development offerings over the next 12 months.
"Realcomm offers us the resources we need to take our business to
the next level," says Darlene Pope, President of CRE Partners.
"There is a huge demand for research, education, and consulting on
technology applications and services in the Commercial Real Estate
industry, and our new business venture with Realcomm is designed
to meet that demand. We will have access to the best and
brightest resources on a wide range of topics -- which means more
valuable information and solutions for our clients."
CRE Partners has been providing research and educational services
to Commercial Real Estate owners and managers since its inception
in 2001. President and Founder of CRE Partners, Darlene Pope, has
over 13 years experience in the Commercial Real Estate and
Telecommunications industries. She is an active member of the
Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International and
Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and is a nationally recognized
instructor and speaker on telecommunications services for office
buildings.
