 April 9, 2002           US VoiceData Communications Acquires U.S. Operations of e-xpedient
                                   "US VoiceData, a high-speed, broadband Internet Service Provider, announced today
                                   the acquisition of the majority of the U.S. operations of e-xpedient/CAVU...  The U.S
                                   Bankruptcy Court, Middle District of Florida, Orlando Division approved the acquisition
                                   on April 3rd, giving US VoiceData over 30 million dollars in book value assets, including
                                   e-xpedients customer base, backbone network and associated equipment..."    

 March 22, 2002     Yipes Files for Voluntary Reorganization 
                                   "Yipes Communications, Inc... today announced that it is seeking to restructure its
                                    business to enhance future growth opportunities.  Yipes has filed a voluntary petition for
                                    reorganization under Chapter 11 in the US Bankruptcy Court in San Francisco, California."
