    services.  Conduct in-depth review of providers' qualifications, market coverage, customer base,
    references, scope of services, etc.  Recommend comprehensive telecom program based on
    building requirements and results of Tenant Needs Survey.

●  License Negotiation
   
Assist with negotiation of business terms to secure most favorable contracts terms, given
    competitive offers and current market conditions.

●  Education
   
Conduct educational seminars for property managers, building staff, and/or tenants to introduce
    them to new technologies and fully explain the service offerings available for their buildings.
    Training sessions are tailored and developed to equip your staff with the information they need to
    effectively communicate the service offerings available in their buildings.

●  Marketing and Leasing
   
Educate leasing agents on availability of telecom and technology in buildings so they can
    incorporate these services as additional building features in their leasing proposals. Develop
    useful marketing and leasing program to promote the building as a high-tech and telecom savvy
    building.

Telecommunications Audit
   
Conduct comprehensive physical and/or paper audit of existing telecommunications providers in
    the building, including survey of telecom closets and risers, rooftop space and risers; review
    access and license agreements for compliance; assist with renewal options, modifications, and
    renegotiation, if necessary.
